About Us

The story of Service Insurance Agency began over 30 years ago when two Independent Insurance Agency Owners combined their efforts and resources to form a new entity, Service Insurance Agency (SIA). Although both owned agencies that were successful in their own right, the two agents realized they could better reach their financial goals and objectives through combining resources and working together as a team. It is this teamwork concept along with a sincere desire to serve that has set the foundation for Service Insurance Agency, Inc.

Since those early days, SIA has grown substantially. First, the office moved to Arlington Heights. Our next step was to hire experienced, dedicated agents and management professionals to create our producer force. Our new producer force increased our insurance expertise. SIA also expands through mergers and acquisitions. We continue to look ahead and plan for future development. This feeling of confidence relates to SIA's Corporate Philosophy: emphasize the need to plan ahead, and take advantage of trends and changes occurring in the Insurance Industry. SIA does this for our customers, as well as our carriers.
